When & Where ?

Make sure to bring a form of identification with you to the event as you will need it to check in with your team. A wristband will be given to identify each team.

There is no charge for parking or an entry fee, but there will be food trucks and merch vendors on site all day for you to enjoy.

All parking will be on a first come first serve basis so try to show up early. There is an overflow parking lot just down the hill next to the river.

Every member of the team will need to check in prior to Orientation.  You will then proceed to the sitting area and find your teams name plates. 

Every Member of the team will need to sign the waivers before they can participate in the games. Failure to be here for Orientation will disqualify you from participating.

There will be a bag check on site for a $5 fee. You will have access to your bag throughout the event.
